Thank you for choosing us! To provide the best possible experience for all of our clients, we ask that you review and agree to the following terms when booking your appointment.
Appointment Confirmations
You'll receive a confirmation reminder by call or text 24–48 hours before your visit. Please confirm to secure your spot.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Our special promotional offers come with a few simple rules:
🚫 Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to keep your promotional pricing.
❌ Changes made within 24 hours are non-refundable—but we offer a one-time complimentary reschedule as a courtesy.
🙅♀️ No-shows will forfeit their promotion and are not eligible for a free reschedule.
By booking a promo service, you agree to this policy.
Running Late? We’ll always try to fit you in. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or cancel your service to stay on schedule. The full cost still applies.
Emergencies
Life happens—we get it! Just let us know as early as possible. Exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Terms
Charges for no-shows or late cancellations will be billed to your card on file or invoiced. Please complete payment within 72 hours of receiving the invoice.
